This year, we have seen God take the growth of recent seasons and turn it into something stronger and more enduring.
Across the country, lives are being changed as men and women encounter Jesus through genuine relationships and honest conversations. At the same time, Search has been intentionally building the foundation needed for long-term impact.
I am deeply grateful for every staff member, donor, and partner who has joined us in this work. Your prayers and generosity have strengthened our cities, equipped new leaders, and expanded the reach of REACH. Every story of transformation begins with your partnership.
Looking toward 2026, we remain committed to building wisely. We are launching new cities, strengthening existing ones, and continuing to develop tools that multiply impact beyond our staff. From hurt to hope
When Tommy first came to a Search gathering in Houston, he was carrying deep anger and loss. Once successful in business, that success had slipped away, along with his marriage.
A friend loved him enough to invite him to a Friends Night Out event. Afterward, Search staff followed up, and what began was not a program, but a relationship.
Through honest conversations and patient friendship, Tommy explored his questions about God and faith. He was listened to, respected, and never rushed.
Today, Tommy is a new believer in Jesus and is learning how to walk daily with him.
This is what Search is building. One relationship at a time.
And it’s happening in every city where Search exists.

This year, 17 new staff members joined the Search team and 7 new cities launched. Each city is built around leaders who are uniquely called to relational ministry.
From Columbia to Grand Junction and from Houston to Charlotte, Search is building presence through people committed to walking patiently with those who are searching.

Equipping Christians for Everyday Conversations
REACH plays a central role in building the future of Search by equipping believers to engage others with grace, curiosity, and confidence.
Through ReachOthers.org, the REACH Video Series, and the REACH Podcast, thousands of Christians are learning how to approach faith conversations in relational and authentic ways.
More than 2,000 people signed up for the REACH Video Series, and stories continue to emerge of believers stepping into conversations they once avoided.

With almost 1,000,000 website visits and 133,000 podcast views, REACH is becoming a trusted resource for believers seeking to live out their faith faithfully.

The Capital Campaign continues to strengthen Search for lasting impact. Because of your generosity, over $11.3 million has been raised toward our $20 million goal.
